The Village Hardware Company was founded in 1998.  Being no other hardware stores within the Village limits at the time, our goal was to re-create the “old time” hardware store ambience. 

We were frustrated with the “big box” stores, and their lack of personalized service, so we sought to offer a place where consumers could have their retail needs met the old fashioned way.
